Help with tank setup

Hello! I am getting ready to setup my 125 gallon tank. It has preexisting holes drilled in the back of from the previous owner. I was wondering if bulkheads with like PVC caps silicones in would be a good idea for it for be sealed? Also was looking for suggestions on filters and heaters for the this tank as I can’t seem to find any big enough for it! Thanks in advance for any help given!
