Poorly, or just fat?

Got a guppy (isolated here) with some pineconed scales. No other fish are poorly, lost two guppies recently, but I think that was age (tank is fairly old) water params (checked today) are 0,0,30. They are swimming normally, but have what looks like a tumour or a bite on their belly.
