Do you need to reinforce a ground floor to support a large tank?

Post Body

This might be a real dumb question, but Iā€™d rather be safe than sorry. I am planning on upgrading my aquarium set up from a 125 gallon tank, to a 300-500 gallon tank with a 125 gallon sump underneath. Even though the tank will be on the ground floor of my house, do I need to reinforce the floor underneath?
