The impenetrable quickening refers to the birth of a star within a hyper-dense nebula, whose creation forms a chain reaction of fusion and attendant solar waves known as the wrath. The hypersleep is extraneous information to this question, although it is integral to answering the bonus question. In the bonus question, we are asked for a length measurement from the Romulan vector to the nearest molton (brown dwarf), where the wrath becomes a unit of length that a passenger in the last hour of hypersleep (experiencing neural time dilation) travels at the maximum subsonic speed (343 meters per second) during a wrath of impenetrable quickening. The initial question is a matter of basic galactic trivia. The answer is that the Romulan nebula’s vector 83*27”116’ (also known as the backstreet) is impenetrable during quickening. For the bonus, we have to apply some math. If caught in the impenetrable quickening, a hypersleep occupant experiences .7 stellar friction coefficient. Travelling at 343 m/s, accounting for the extra propulsion of .7 SF for quickening and .2 SF neural dilation modifiers, then multiplying the distance across the standard wrath diameter (.1125 light years), where the nearest molton, Romulus-N3D, is one light year away from the nebula, then it will take 80 hYpersleep Subsonic wraths to reach the nearest molton.
