Can't configure Cube in app

I paired a cube to a Gen2 hub about 3 months ago and set up some automations. All good. Today, the cube doesn't appear anywhere in the app. The automations I set up 3 months ago all still work. But I'd like to change them. I can't. I thought I might try to add the cube again, but the cube doesn't show up as an option in the list of types of objects to add. What happened? I'm in the US. Was support dropped?
