Hi all,
Ive possibly a very dumb question for you all.
So I just got the G3 Smart hub today but unfortunately, the USB plug that comes with it is not compatible with the plug sockets here in Ireland. (It has the two-prong EU style while we have the three, square pronged UK style), I want to get an adapter for it over the next week possibly but in the mean time would it be problematic to use a spare Samsung adaptive smart charger I have lying around?
The plug it comes with is rated 5.0v = 2.0A 10W, the plug Im looking to use is rated 5.0v = 2.0A 10W or 9.0v = 1.67A 15W
So correct me if I'm wrong but it shouldn't output the higher voltage unless the device its plugged into requests it right? I just want to double-check!
Thanks!
