22 mo - i suspect my boy may have CAS? What to do?

Hi guys, my 22mo boy has a pretty good vocabulary/comprehension, but when we teach him new words he's not repeating the sounds correctly. We are in MD and did one of those early intervention appts that had a SLP, via televisit due to COVID. They didnt seem concerned at 21mo - should i schedule another meeting with a SLP for something more in-depth?
