Campus Atlanta Scholarship- 100% Freshmen Georgia State University is a Scholarship where international/Out of state students can get reduction in their Tuition fees on the basis of their GPA.I want to know if there are other Colleges out there (In NA) that offer similar scholarships,because I am very confident that I will be able to score above or 3.5/4 each term.[I know need-blind and need-aware schools exist but they are hard to get into,especially for an Asian Male aspiring to pursue CS (ik typical)]

PS-my limit would have to be 20k USD per year,cant afford more than that.
