What stuff do I send for my letter of rec?!?

Iām going to ask my professor for a letter of rec for transfer to nyu, but was told i should listsome accomplishments in my email for her to include so itās easier to write. Problem is, Iām a full time student and I work full time, so I have no other āachievementsā or projects. She wrote a letter of rec for me last year, should I just ask her to use that one? If not what should I list in my email? Any advice is great, I literally have no one to ask.
