Because I've been stressing balls about my Princeton interview, I scoured the A2C subreddit for Pro-tips and I noticed this:
In the last few days there has been an increase in Princeton specific interview questions. Particularly coming from international students. This indicates the following:
1) International interviews are probably done in bulk at the end of the process 2) The late timing hints at a pre-screening
3) In the comments of some of these posts, some international students confirmed not being interviewed. This further hints at some sort of pre-screening as not all candidates are interviewed.
In conclusion, it's 3am and I have my interview tomorrow.
Update: Went to bed at 5am and woke up at 7am, had an 8 o'clock class (I've already started University in my native South Africa because assuming you'll get into Princeton is stupid). Think the interview went okay.
Apparently it's not a monumental sign, but I did find a sign: If they email you about completing your financial aid application you're likely in. Well according to College Confidential so take it with a pinch of salt
