Hi everyone, I'm a junior starting to put together some beginning stuff for my college apps and was wondering - if I apply to an honors college and don't get in, can I still be accepted to the school? (Ie if I apply to Penn State Honors college and don't get it can Penn State still accept me or are they two entirely separate applications?) Thank you!
