How long do you spend on school supplements?

We need to research the school, draft the supplement, edit it, and all the other little things in between take time. I worry that I am taking too much time because I am EA-ing to 12 schools and have barely started apps. The goal though is to do a school a day every weekday and two on the weekend. Is this reasonable?
