NYU Decision Date Theory
Post Body

Okay so bear with me. They say results are coming out April 1st, now besides for the unfortunate fact that the results are being released on April fools, its also Easter and a Sunday. Who are they going to get to come into the office on a Sunday which also happens to be Easter?

SO using this logic I think they will release it a couple days early (why would they release it on a holiday I mean that makes 0 sense in my mind).

The problem now becomes when? If its a day before then it will be on Holy Saturday...hmm that is possible but its still on the weekend and that just seems fishy to me so the natural alternative would be to do it 2 days before Easter...problem is now we need people to come into the office on Good Friday. Giving people a rejection on the day Jesus died? Now that just seems rude.

So using my theory I believe NYU will be sending out decisions on the 29th of March (Holy Thursday).

TL;Dr : NYU results wont be on April 1st but March 29 because getting people to come into the office to push results on Easter or the day before will be hard and sending out rejection letters on RIP Jesus day will just be wrong.

TL;Dr (2) : This is satire but I actually do think it wont come out on April 1st it just feels weird.

Edit: changed bare to bear
