So most of the Ivy leagues, Stanford and I'm sure a lot of other schools say they use Holistic admission review. So every part of your application is given equal importance.
Personally, me being cynical, i think this is BS. They cannot possibly give your academics the same level of importance as your interview or your transcript the same priority as you EC.
So my question is do they actually give each part of your application the same level of urgency or am I right and certain parts such as academics are simply bigger factors and more important to them.
i ask because I bought into the holistic application review hype and applied to Stanford even tho my SAT scores weren't that high but the rest of my application was strong. So almost 2 weeks after REA I am ready to hear the cold hard facts.
