How important are Pre-Applications?
Post Body

I just submitted a Preliminary Application for Grinnell College, which was just demographics, transcript, and a 100 word why Grinnell personal statement. It was linked in the ‘common app is open’ email from them. It is the first college related thing I’ve submitted (yay!) and I spent waaay too much time on it, but I was wondering if anyone else has had experiences with something like this or knows how important it is?
