Front Loader Washing Machine Mold Shame

We bought the house with a front load washer and I’ve never had one before. Well, the mold has taken over the rubber gasket and it’s gnarly. It’s a Frigidaire. I can’t get the mold off, I’ve tried everything. Can I replace it? Can I pay someone to replace it? Also, I hear there is a drain on these washers…typically in the front but there is no drain here.
