I am staying in an apartment temporarily from out of Wisconsin, and the last couple nights I've been having a few experiences I would like to see if I can get more information on. For the past couple nights every time I would walk downstairs to smoke after a little bit some new man in a car would pull up and roll down the window to ask something along the lines of 'are you alright?' 'what are you doing over here?' and I would tell them that I lived here and was smoking a cigarette, and ask them to leave and they wouldn't. They would just pull a little further down the road and stop, and just not leave for several minutes. This has happened almost the same way every time I've gone down to smoke. Does anyone know what could be going on? Im female by the way, if that could have some bearing.
