Does anyone have any recommendations for iOS apps that have good workout plans fo strength training? I'm not looking to bulk up, but to tone and aid my fat burning.
I have used Volt in the past and was very happy with that, but thought I would see what else everyone recommends. It doesn't necessarily need to have Apple Watch integration.
Just to be clear as well, I am looking for something with routines, not just a tracking app.
NB: I'm lucky to be in an area where gyms are open and safe, so I'm not looking for a home workout app.
