Accurate calories
Post Body
I was told on another sub that I should disregard my Apple Watch calories altogether. Whatβs the point then to wearing it? Is it that inaccurate? 39F 5β3β 160 lbs. The watch tells me that my TDEE is about 2000-2500 a day and I hit my 700 calorie move goal at least 5 days a week. Some days I even go over a 1000.
