Is outdoor walk, outdoor run, and hiking really the only workouts that count towards your cardio fitness rating? I read this on the Apple support page about cardio fitness. I want to improve my rating since it’s currently in the “low” section, but I do other workouts like cycling too and it feels like all exercises should count… I love seeing the data and graphs but how accurate can it be if it only takes those few workout options into account? Am I misunderstanding something? I’m fairly new to Apple Watch after using Fitbits for years and trying to get used to the differences.
