Training Today questions

Hi,
For those of you using training Today do you feel it's accurate? This morning I am incredibly sore from high running mileage last week including long run yesterday. My legs and back hurt and I got about 4 hours sleep last night so I obviously need rest yet my score is 10 and it says I am ready for peak performance. I've set up AFIB to get more HRV readings. What is your opinion on the accuracy of this app?
