Anyone else have issues with the workout app pausing itself ?

Man I have tried everything . Disabling all auto pausing . Updating . Restarting . Nothing seems to fix this issue I have . I’ll start a workout whether it’s lifting weights or running and it will just pause itself . Im wondering if it’s my tattoos .
