Anyone know of Apple Watch apps that just read the data?
So far I could only find Rob from https://www.youtube.com/c/TheQuantifiedScientist Based on his last video, with WatchOS 9, the best sleep tracking app on the Apple Watch is Apple's own sleep tracker. I dislike the limited representation Apple has & the ascetics for the Sleep info inside the Health app. It is very limited how I can display the data & the lack of input like how I felt when I went to sleep or when I wake up, if I was sick, drank alcohol, & so forth. So this gets me to my question:
What apps can do any or all of the following:
- read the sleep data,
- display it in different ways
- ability to add personal qualifiers such as mood, being sick, alcohol consumption, ...
- analytics to make custom comparisons
- meaningful suggestions/advice how to improve sleep quality
- nice bonus would be to have Apple Watch complications
I have so far found only a single app, called Sleep Details, that can do some of the above. This is the link to it https://apps.apple.com/app/sleep-details/id1534838758have.
