Anybody having trouble installing WatchOS 8?

Hi, I recently picked up the new iPhone 13 pro max, and wanted to update my Series 5 Watch. I was able to upgrade the phone to IOS 15, and my watch was able to upgrade to 7.6.2, but when I look for other updates it says up to date. My watch has plenty of storage, and I’ve been keeping it fully charged. I tried restarting both devices, and I think I’ll try unpairing and pairing, but I wanted to see if anybody else had similar issues?
