Worth upgrading from Series 0 to Series 5?

Post Body

I got Series 0 right when it came out and was super excited about it. And when I got it, I was in love. I would constantly change the watch faces, use every app obsessively, etc. But over time, it’s become slow, the battery has degraded, and just faded away. It’s at the point now where I barely touch the watch face, just use it to tell time, and pay for stuff with Apple Pay. So here’s my questions: is it worth upgrading to Series 5? I do like the new design and faces, but is it just a gimmick? Is the third party app ecosystem any good? What can/should I look forward to?

If I do buy the Series 5 I’ll be going for the titanium. I think it’s a lot nicer than the stainless steel, and after 4 years on aluminum, I need a change.

Oh and I travel a lot, and unfortunately the American watches don’t work on cellular elsewhere in the world. Is there any way around? If not, what do you guys think? I do usually have my phone on me, but I was considering it as a just in case scenario.
