Heart rate over 120 while sleeping?

Pretty much every other night when I'm sleeping, my heart rate goes to 120, usually in the morning right before waking up . I'm a very healthy 25 year old who works out everyday, not sure if apple watch heart rate monitor is working properly or if my heart is actually jumping to that high of a heart rate.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
