In unrelated news, I picked up an Apple TV today. I can already say, being able to control the Apple TV with my phone is great. It's responsive and natural. The user interface has greatly improved since I originally picked up an Apple TV in 2007(ish). I can believe that Apple TV will be an incredibly comparable companion product for the watch. Not to mention, for cable cutters, HBO Now has a great UI. I'm finally watching movies that I've intended to watch for some time now. Right now I'm finally getting to watch 'Worlds End'. This post may be tangential to the intent of this sub, but I honestly feel like Apple TV can add a lot of value to the already valuable product that we've all thrown a number of Benjamins at. And for only $69.99 (USD) this can be yours too!
On an extreme side note, when I went to check out at the Apple Store, the sales rep walked me through a process where I can walk into an Apple Store, scan a product from my iPhone, use Apple pay, and check myself out without ever interacting with another human being! The future is here people! Embrace the new self check out! :-D
