Does anyone else thinks the Apple watch should be ramped up?

I like my Apple Watch Series 7. I’m not sure that I love it. With the advanced technology of the Apple Vision Pro- I’m curious why there’s no Notes app for the watch yet. Why can’t I scroll through X (twitter) on the watch yet or even watch YouTube videos?
I don’t feel like Apple is maximizing the ability of the Watch. Any thoughts?
