Did I lock myself out?

I reset my watch because it wasn't pairing properly to my phone. Then when I tried pairing, it said it was locked into my AppleID which I forgot the password to, so I went to reset it but now it's asking me press allow on the watch I'm trying to pair. Any fix for this?
When I try to press Don't have access to apple watch, it says could not be completed. Even after hours of waiting
