So, as the title suggests, during workouts, I sometimes experience gaps in pulse reading when reviewing the graph at the end of the exercise. Iโve noticed that the pulse appears gray on my watch while checking. This issue has been ongoing for a few days, so itโs a recent situation. Previously, it consistently read my pulse from start to finish. I came across information suggesting that cold weather can impact pulse readings, as it affects blood flow, leading to errors in pulse monitoring. Is this true? Initially, I thought it might be related to the latest watchOS version. Do you think I should consider getting a chest strap for pulse monitoring?
