Screens in reality are blurry

I just picked up an Apple Vision Pro and Iām noticing the real life screens like my TV, iPhone, and Apple Watch are blurry when I look at them through the glasses. Hard to read text on phone and watch. Is this common? Or am I experiencing a defect of the device?
