hi, not sure if this is the right sub for this question

i have apple music and icloud library turned on for both my macbook and my iphone. during setup, it took forever because i have a huge library, but now basically every track in the local library on my macbook has an "icloud status" of either "matched" or "uploaded," which is ideal

problem is, an album that was previously in "matched" status was removed from apple music by the artist, and is now in "no longer available" icloud status on my macbook (although still playable), and on my phone, it's greyed out and says "this song is not available in your region". no big deal, i still have the files on my computer, so i just want to upload them to my icloud library like any other song that's not available on apple music. i've tried "update cloud library" on my macbook as well as plugging my phone in with the cable to sync that way, but the songs remain in "no longer available" status and will not appear on my phone

what can i do? also, if i should be posting this elsewhere, please let me know! thanks
