Sync Offline iPhone Music to New MacBook

I recently bought a new MacBook Air (M1) and was looking to sync things over to my iPhone. Prior to this new MacBook, I had been using my previous MacBook Pro 2011 for 10 years.
I have a massive music catalogue that I have manually added from my old MacBook over the years (I do not subscribe to Apple Music).
Is there a way for me to sync the music catalogue from my iPhone to the new MacBook Air?
