Playlists disappeared from iPhone after resubscribing, but they’re still on my Mac.

All my playlists are gone from my iPhone and iPad after resubscribing. I was curious to see if they were gone from my MacBook too, and they’re still there, however it’s possible it’s because I haven’t connected it to wifi yet.
I’m afraid of them disappearing too once I go online.
Any ideas?
