Old deleted playlists still publicly visible on my Apple Music profile

I just looked up my profile name in the Apple Music app on my iPhone out of curiosity, and I found it. While my profile and all my playlists are completely private, some of my old playlists that I deleted years ago are still publicly searchable. So they can‘t be found when you klick on my profile, but they can be found when you just search my account name. They are clearly my playlists, not only because I recognize the names, images, and songs included, but also because my account name is listed as the publisher there.

How can I delete them?
