I’m wondering which activity on the watch suggestions I could use to log gardening? We’re not talking deadheading and pruning the roses.
I’m moving about three tones of soil, moving some large rocks to create a new bed and digging up a section of lawn. I’ve noticed that a day of work like this gets my steps and some of my move movement but no exercise ring movement, even when I’m out there for about seven hours. Trust me I can hardly move the next day, my abs, legs and arms are still feeling it and yet my watch is like ‘nah, you’ve done nothing’
