AppleFitness+ workout volume.... low???

Hello!
Huge fan of AF since day one, but one thing I've always noticed.... The video volume is always low. Especially compared to Music (via Music App)....
If I do a treadmill or even core, I need to almost raise the volume so high on my iPhone to be sure I can hear the coach well (even when using the AirPods Pro or Beat Pro with noise cancellation on).
I did turn off the Spacial Audio and notice it's better but still...
Am I the only one?
