Hi just looking for some recommendations. I’ve been using AF on/off for quite a while. However, I suffer from crohns and had a colostomy surgery about 14 months ago. I’ve had the all clear from my medical team to start training about a year ago. However, I’m struggling a.) with habit b.) with sessions which flare my joints.
Having done some research, I’ve found that despite what I want to do, lift big weights and play football/soccer, I’m going to have to build up my fitness.
I’ve bought an exercise bike for at home and also some weights.
I’m looking for some episodes for cycling to get started
Then also some gently core, Pilates type sessions
Both of these aren’t something I’d usually do, just maybe some advice on trainers to check out or specific sessions people find a good starting point? I know everyone is different, just trying to get myself going
