Will the Titanium cards number change?

Is it possible to change the number on the magstripe? So, lets say someone took my Apple Card, swiped it and took the card number, and put it back w/o me noticing, if I change the card number on the wallet app, will it also change the magstripe? It's not connected to the phone so idk how that would work. Or is the magstripe dynamic like the chip?
