Storing translations in multiple languages

I study many languages, in part for traveling. So I end up learning the same words and phrases in multiple languages. The problem is that I can't store the same phrase in multiple languages using any translation apps that I know of. Each phrase and its translation in "language x" is stored separately, not collated. If an app came out that collated these phrases in languages of my choice I'd be so pleased.
