Drop lowest capacity 0 clips automatically!

Whenever I shoot off my makarov to reck mili players, my inventory gets clogged with 8 round magazines that there is no point in me having in my inventory. Why can't I just automatically drop those, but keep the extended clips? (like the scar drum/extended, ak drum/extended etc)
