Anyone use Live NetTV app? Most of my channels say "unable to play link"

Hi, having problem using the app to play channels from around the world. I'm using noxplayer as an android emulator on my pc and tried launching a few channels on the app and almost all the channels I pick say "unable to play link". Is this a vpn issue? I downloaded highvpn app and connected to the United States and I still get the same problem on most channels, although some channels did load but the streaming was choppy and slow. I'm from the Philippines..
