Just reporting for anyone curious about such.

I see and hear nothing nternally, but dream in vivid colour and have detailed replication of complex music play. So, a little weird. Psychedelics also create visuals for me.

I recently went through a clinical trial involving the use of magic mushrooms/psilocybin, and when under the influence I was wearing an eye mask and noise cancelling headphones (playing music, not just for silence). It went exactly as anticipated:

First, blackness as per usual.

Pin points of white light begin to appear as I begin to come up. They are uniformly distributed, about as far apart as the circles on a twister mat if one was standing over it (I’ve never played twister but describing distances inside a dimensionless black headspace is hard…).

These points of light begin to take on colour. First one colour that shifts to another, and then multiple colours per point.

The points become shapes, and begin cycling through different shapes and sizes as they continue to cycle through different colours and combinations of colours.

Shapes gain dimension, become 3d, and begin transitioning to textured objects.

Shapes begin moving from their original points, in patterns and observable cohesive structures of relative size and speed, and finally become textured objects.

Have fractals images made up of five axis totem pole type grid points, made from universal and natural symbols, stars, animals, faces/skulls, zooming out to larger structures of the same rotating and growing visuals.

Finally, touch face of god. Stroke him for a while, visuals gradually receded in opposite order to above, back to blackness.
