Debating between a NEW condo and a super rundown villa for an ever higher price and payment.
I really want the condo but have never lived in a normal condo [only a luxury one with super thick walls when I was dating a rich girl in college]
Honestly my biggest fear is hearing my neighbors have sex because I’m very confrontational and would definitely make it a mission to speak to the guy about this [deep down I believe the guy is always at fault for not leading the tone/volume of intimate conversation aka whispering clearly so she sounds dumb screaming]
My next slightly less pressing issue is arguing just because it tends to trigger aggressive emotions in myself [have seen a psych and been notified these are not unreasonable reactions to each setting; my subconscious leans more toward fight than flight]
I’m moving to Florida so I can imagine it’s less liberal and less acceptable to do those type of acts loudly [tends to be UK posts telling people to just deal with obnoxious porn noises & ignore the audible assault]
P.S. I have sex daily when seeing someone seriously, if not long marathons with dates almost every other weekend. I’ve NEVER had a girl be disturbingly loud without me doing something to stop it like:
A) putting pillow over head (sometimes foot on top 😈)
B) using ball gags
C) putting surgical tape over her mouth
I’m no prude, I just grew up with parents family & adult friends who made time to be alone (without their multiple kids) in their single family home so they never had to put their kids or people through those instances.
No offense to people who don’t have the luxury and put their sexual needs above the comfort of others… actually no nevermind, screw you people. You don’t deserve sex if people have to hear you.
Currently renting a third duplex, each one with amazing neighbors.
Thinking about introducing myself before I buy so they at least know who’s next door.
Maybe even asking if they are loud?
I would think I’m looking for old married couples or numerous kids as neighbors. I prefer kicking and screaming any day of the week, I can sleep through that easily
