WiFi provided in apartment?

Hi, I just moved into a new apartment, and the provide WiFi. I wasn't aware of it when I first looked at the place, but each unit has its own router and the service is good. I'm wondering if I should be concerned about it at all? To my knowledge, none of my neighbors have access to it, but idk if it would allow the building management to do anything sketchy or big brother-y. Thoughts?
