Hey just here to rant about a few things in my apartment complex. 1. Our A/C has been broken literally since mid summer..before it even fully died we called and asked for them to look at it. They came after it died (we switched it to off) maintenance man comes in, checks it (leaves A/C on cool)and leaves. They check it a week later, come to find out the A/C motor is blown. So now we have a mini A/C that keeps one part of the house cold. We call the office to check on our A/C unit , they’re getting a 2nd quote cause ig the 1st quote was too much. 2. ANTS! So we live on the 3rd away from the other apartments, we have to walk pass this one neighbors door and their door is filled with ants! They leave food out , their kids leave trash by the door and we literally have to tip toe to walk by because the ants are so bad. 3. Trash. We have a larger dumpster and people will literally throw their trash next to the dumpster. 4. Vandalism. It’s a set of kids that will literally damage the property. Fire extinguisher glass? Shattered. They wrote cuss words all over the walls in the complex hallways. And idk how but in one area on the concrete outside the wrote something and it only shows when it rains. It’s says “I 🩷 d**k” and these kids are only 8/9.. smh yeah just an apartment rant lol sorry
