This goes on most days he's home and not working. He'll be off for a week or so in a row. Often. Idk. But I hear the endless bass from his movies and stuff coming thru my floor. I've said stuff to the leasing office about this as it's incredibly annoying and disruptive and violates quiet enjoyment laws. But they refuse to do anything. Even said I'm violating my lease by "reporting false complaints" (they refused to acknowledge it was a problem).

Is there anything short of moving I can do? Guys had the cops there before. Alcoholic. So I'd rather not confront directly. And noise like this outside of quiet hours isn't illegal. So can't call the cops. Just curious if anyone has any suggestions. FWIW. I'm in Central PA.
