Hello all,
I just moved into a new apartment and immediately noticed the amount of noise my upstairs neighbor produces. I believe that they have a child, the adults walk around like they have bricks tied to their feet and the child runs around, also with bricks on their feet. I would have liked to give them some grace but the part that is the most aggravating is that someone, presumably the child, regularly slides across the floor on something with wheels. It sounds like an office chair but it could just be a toy. I don't want to be a Karen, but I work from home and I'm having difficulty concentrating. I can't hear it as well if I wear headphones, but I don't want to constantly be wearing headphones in my own home. I have a note that I have written that I can share if people want to provide input on that. However, I'm wondering if this is something that I should try to learn to live with or if it is worth addressing. Any input is appreciated!
