Hi, I am in a very difficult situation at the moment. How does a 30 day notice work?
I have been living at an older man’s home in Mid-City (his home) for about 5 months & I live in the other room as his roommate.
Today, my roommate wrote on a paper that I have a 30-Day notice to get out of here. I have no money saved up and don’t know what to do. Can he just kick me out like that?
