Are apartment approval companies real?

Me and my fiancée just had a baby and we need to upgrade to a bigger apartment both of our credit scores are 550 we kept getting denied a few months ago so decided to stay in a Airbnb for a few months, but the baby came early and we have to move sooner than expected and through google I saw companies that guarantee approvals for a fee is this a thing?
